General Conditions

What if I changed my mind?

  • When you change your mind about a product purchased from DevSpec, you may return it to DevSpec within 30 days of purchase in exchange for a full refund.
  • All returned products must be in their original, undamaged packaging and have not been installed. 
  • Proof of purchase will need to be provided.
  • All return costs are at the purchaser’s expense.
  • It is recommended that tracking and insurance is applied to products returned via Australia Post.
  • Do not apply postage labels directly to the product’s packaging.

  • Clearance items are excluded.
  • Upon receipt of your returned product, DevSpec will undertake a quality check and if approved the refund will be applied to the card on which the payment was received within 14 days of product receipt at DevSpec warehouse.

What if there is a problem with the goods I received?

  • If you are not happy with the condition of the products purchased, please refer to Lodge a Warranty Request form or contact DevSpec directly on 63654848 or sales@devspec.com.au 

Delivery

Click and Collect

  • Once your order is received you will receive a confirmation email advising you that your order has been received (is this featured? I think it needs to be)
  • If the items ordered are in stock you will receive an SMS or email confirming that your goods are ready for collection.
  • If the items ordered are not immediately available, you will be contacted by a DevSpec team member advising you of an approximate ETA.
  • Please provide proof of order upon collection.

Standard Delivery 

Free to metro locations for orders over $1000.00 excluding freestanding baths.

Metro Locations 

North: Alkimos
South: Mandurah
North East : Mundaring
South East :  Armadale

Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery to metro locations and ensure that someone will be at the delivery address to receive the order to avoid delays and additional delivery charges.

In the case of heavy items such as a free-standing bath, please ensure that someone is available to assist our driver to unload.  If no one is available, the delivery will be returned to the DevSpec warehouse and a second delivery charge will apply.

For deliveries to regional areas, please contact DevSpec on 63654848 or email sales@devspec.com.au so we can assist you with an accurate quotation for delivery to the address nominated.

If there are shortages or errors in the delivery, please advise DevSpec within 7 days of receiving goods.
