Product Selection Process
DevSpec encourages enquires via phone or email. Simply upload architectural plans and drawings together with a brief and DevSpec will do the rest. This process provides you with the opportunity to delegate one of the onerous parts of your workload to a team with over 30 years of experience- at no charge to you! Pictures and technical details of the suggested products are also provided.
Design Stage
- Source the brief and plans
- Develop the product selection
- Liaise with the relevant decision makers
- Provide a completed account of quantities
- Provide various options to view at the DevSpec Selection Centre
- Provide completed fixed pricing terms and conditions
- Provide final specification details
Tender Stage
- Liaise with relevant contractors
- Re-select products if budgetary requirements do not fit
- Provide relevant technical and installation instructions
- Establish fit off times for specific products
- Liaise with the relevant suppliers and ensure timely deliveries to the site as required
Completion Stage
- Provide product information manual, including warranty contact details
- Conduct a formal review of the total services offered
Product Warranty
All products nominated by DevSpec carry warranties ranging from
12 months-15 years and comply with all relevant Australian standards.
